Your Advisor
If something happens to your advisor, RCS leadership will contact you to discuss options — work with another RCS advisor, or delink your accounts so you remain at your current custodian.
Support Staff & Systems
If your lead advisor loses access to support staff or a key system, we use redundant systems so we can keep serving you. We have backups for our backups.
Leadership
If something happens to key leadership positions, we have a continuity plan and clear steps each advisor will take to inform clients and provide their options.
Compliance Officer
RCS retains a third-party compliance support team that can advise on next steps in a major event so the firm stays compliant and clients' interests remain protected.
